Our unique pet resort offers much more than just boarding for your pet. We have all the amenities to make this a home away from home. All of our buildings are climate controlled and video monitored! Our professional pet care technicians ensure that your pet is happy, healthy, and loved when they are with us!
We go above and beyond to ensure that your pet has the most stress-free stay possible. We even have calming chews, homemade “bland diets” and veterinarian grade probiotics for those with sensitive tummies at no charge!

For our feline friends…
For our feline friends we have a sound proof area complete with calming pheromone diffusers, classical music, cat towers in every pen, and a Cat Nip Lounge to play in. Each pen has a cushioned window sill to allow basking in the sun and watching the world go by.

For the canine crowd…
For the canine crowd we have size-appropriate, spacious indoor pens with Kuranda beds, extra bedding, as well as daily treats and toys! We have specialized areas for those with mobility or behavioral concerns, or for those that just need a quieter area.
Add-on services include one-on-one play time with staff, and walks on our scenic nature trails. We also have indoor areas for inclement weather.
For all of our guests…
Our on-site staff each night perform late night rounds to give our boarders one last health check, bathroom break, refreshed water and bedding, and a yummy bedtime treat!

Pet Play & Stay Hours of Operation
New Hours effective Dec 2024:
Weekdays: 8am – 5pm
Weekends: 8am – 10am, 2pm – 4pm
(Everyday closed for lunch 1pm – 2pm)
We are open on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 8am – 12pm only for drop offs and arrivals.
Closed on major Federal Holidays
(Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.)
Other Considerations
All drop offs must arrive by 4pm
First time pets by 3:30pm
Cancellation Policy
Boarding Cancellation Policy
During peak seasons (days surrounding and including all federal holidays, public school vacation weeks for MA and NH, and the span of time from Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day), *a $5 surcharge will be applied to the boarding rate of each pet. A deposit of $45 per pet will be required in order to make and confirm all reservations.
For cancellations or changes of reservation (including early departure), we require 72 hours notice during peak seasons, or 48 hours during non-peak in order to issue a refund of your deposit.
