Denise KlierApril 2, 2025We left our 3 fur babies for a week at the resort. They had as much fun on vacation as we did! The staff was fantastic! The atmosphere was entirely pet orientated and clean. The staff spend time getting the right information about your pet so they can care for them in your absence. We got pictures of them while we were thousands of miles away. Knowing they were happy and being well cared for made our vacation even more relaxing. We strongly recommend the resort and will use them in the future.Posted on Google

dege nortelusMarch 7, 2025I recently had my puppies, Milo and Cocoa, board at Hidden Gem Pet Resort, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care they received. At first, I was a bit nervous about switching from the place they had known and loved for 2.5 years, but the long drive to their previous resort was becoming a challenge—especially with the anxiety both pups have when traveling long distances. After some research, I found Hidden Gem Pet Resort in Metheum and was immediately drawn to the positive reviews and the family-oriented approach. I decided to tour the facility before making a decision, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating toward Milo and Cocoa. I was introduced to the team who would be looking after my pups, which gave me such peace of mind knowing they’d be in caring hands. When I picked them up, I could tell they were well-groomed, happy, and well-cared for. Both of my dogs seemed to be in great spirits, which confirmed that they had received excellent attention during their stay. I truly appreciate the thoughtful and personal care that Hidden Gem Pet Resort provided. I will absolutely trust them with Milo and Cocoa again in the future. Natalie BanacosDecember 19, 2024We came to the kennel via the manager, Dani, who is an excellent trainer and helped Jack (corgi) tremendously through struggles with resource guarding in his puppyhood. She taught us to get creative and flexible with training and it worked. Jack went on to have a blast at daycare, boarding, and getting groomed at Hidden Gem. He made canine and human friends - all the staff were welcoming and attentive (and took phenomenal pictures). We recently moved and I was sad to leave our kennel but Jack was SO well prepared to a) take a big road trip and b) enter a new daycare and neighborhood full of dogs. We'll be back for play time whenever we're in New England!Posted on Google

Our pup can't wait to get there in the morning at DayKamp, boarding is easy and training well worth it.
